How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within 2-5 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days. We'd send it faster but the shirts need time to mentally prepare for their new life.

How much does shipping cost? Nothing. Zero. Free. We're weird, not greedy.

What sizes do you carry? XS through 5XL. We believe absurdity looks good on everyone regardless of size.

What brand of shirt do you use? Comfort Colors C1717 — a heavyweight garment-dyed tee made from 100% ring-spun cotton that feels broken in from the first wear. Soft, sturdy, and built to last. No scratchy garbage here.

How do I care for my shirt? Machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Treat it well and it'll outlast most of your relationships.

What if my shirt arrives damaged or misprinted? That's on us. Send us a photo at oddballthreadsco@gmail.com and we'll fix it immediately. No hassle, no runaround, no weird forms to fill out.

Can I return or exchange my shirt? Since every shirt is made specifically for you we can't accept returns for sizing issues — so please check the size chart before ordering. That said if anything arrives defective or wrong we replace it free of charge, no questions asked.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet. We're working on it. For now we're keeping the weirdness domestic.

Why is everything so absurd? Because the world is already absurd and we figured we might as well lean into it. You're welcome.
